$1.3 Billion Industrial Park to Transform Kampong Speu

Chinese investor Wen Xia Grace Zhang, Founder & Chairwoman of Ark Electromechanical Company, claimed that her company aimed to invest $1.3 billion to establish an industrial park on 1,000 hectares of land in Kampong Speu province.

The investment plan was revealed during a meeting with Kampong Speu provincial governor Cheam Chansophoan on Thursday at the Provincial Administration Building.

Grace Zhang said that she wants to invest in building a business in Kampong Speu the province that she loves, continuing on that it is the target province for ARK Electronics Group to be headquartered for Cambodian, Southeast Asian and international marketing. Grace Zhang stated that the company plans to open an industrial park for processing agricultural products with the identity and brand of Cambodian products, an industrial park for electronics and semi-finished products, as well as other industrial parks that serve the actual needs of the production line in the same way they currently operate in China, where they have a total of 14 industrial parks.
